You know the mean-spirited and 1000% commercially driven San Diego Comic Con has sued Salt Lake demanding that they cease using this name?

For Salt Lake's part, they're doing something right because they're (allegedly) the third largest convention of their kind in the US.

The wind must have blown Mr. Suspenders' trilby off his head.

Thats what I hear, I feel this years event is smaller than last, but thats only from an outsiders perspective. I also assumed that the "comic con" brand here was already being used under license...interesting that its not.
